This gourmet pizza features a sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes and crust leavened naturally with sourdough yeast. With your favorite toppings; cooked to perfection in the wood fired oven; and paired with one of our mad great beers, the combination can’t be beat!
The truck is a 1964 Ford F500 converted to a food truck with sustainability in mind. It is powered by two 370 Watt solar panels affixed to the roof, providing the bulk of their energy needs.
