Out of concern for the health and well-being of our staff and guests, we now have an air purification system for our tasting room. This is particularly important as we head into the fall and winter months when it will be too cold to sit outdoors. We’re using a brand new Reme HALO air purifier that proactively kills mold, bacteria, and most importantly, viruses.

It is scientifically proven that Covid 19 can be spread through airborne particles. Air purification helps reduce the possibility of transmission of the virus. One validation study of the technology used in the Reme HALO, was to destroy the microbes of a sneeze. It killed 99% of the microbes from a sneeze at three feet!

Masks are still required in our tasting room, when you are not seated at your table. Masks help protect others if the wearer of the mask has the virus. It is possible to spread the virus even if you don’t feel sick yourself.
