A single malt, fresh hop saison that is brewed in the French farmhouse ale tradition, but with a Mad Swede twist. We took a classic style saison base and added a boatload of hops. The aroma is reminiscent of lemongrass, citrus, and clove. this beer starts with strong citrusy brightness contrasted by peppery dry finish.
